Job Description

Our Client:

RGF represents a French transport and logistic firm that offers five types of services that includes customs and regulatory compliance, logistics, global supply chain and industrial projects. They're actively looking to hire a Customer Service Executive to join them.

The Responsibilities:

* Act as a first point of contact to all customer's queries
* To always ensure compliance of Customer's SOPs
* Coordinate and arrange day-to-day operations and transactions for freight forwarding and other related activities
* Maintaining in house data entry, job file creation and costing
* Send timely shipping updates to customers and network offices
* Arrange shipping documents to customers and network offices
* Sourcing of rates with various stakeholders for services not in the customer's contract and to quote to the customer for rates acceptance
* Preparation and submission of any reports as required by the customer
* Coordinate with Regional team for data quality related matters
* Ensure proper and timely billing / closing of all job files

The Requirement:

* Diploma / Degree preferred
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Sea freight, Airfreight forwarding
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite
* DGR trained would be an advantage
