Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is Japan's leading tableware brand founded in 1946. It was the first successful mass production of Bone China in Japan and is used in hotels and restaurants not only in Japan but all over the world. They are actively looking to hire a Sales Executive to join their vibrant team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Promoting branded tabletop items (plates, cups, cutleries, etc.)
* Proposing ideas for clients' food presentation including alter clients' own design of tableware
* Communication with clients' and in-house designers (in Japan) to propose bespoke designs
* Visit clients and listen to what they require
* Liaising in close with distributors/partners to maximize business and revenue.
* Profit-oriented mindset
* Bring over required samples for clients' review
* Following up projects from submitting quotations until receiving POs and collecting money
* Controlling orders and its delivery schedule
* Issuing invoices based on orders
* Plan and attend the Exhibition and introducing products to booth visitors (at most once a year)
* Good at managing the road map to achieve target
* Well-motivated to meet the target
* Arrange and attend business trips to overseas to expand business
* Any other ad hoc duties assigned

The Requirements:

* At least 3 years of Sales experience or at least 3 years of experience in Hospitality Industry (in hotels, etc.).
* Adequate performance in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
* Have class 3/3A driving license
* Able to travel overseas, as and when required
