Our Client:
Our client is one of the leading companies into semiconductor manufacturing globally. They are looking for a HR Specialist to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Training administration & coordination
* Total company soft skill training plan to bridge staff competency gaps
* Onboarding programs
* Liaise with HR Tech on WBT management
* Create training roadmap for all staff based on GTC categories and job functions, with focus on New Hires and New Managers initially
* Administration of training bonds (including technical training)
* Manage training budget and usage
* Submit training grants and follow up on training evaluation
* As one of the Kronos Administrators
* PTF set up for Kronos on Leave records
* UAT for Kronos and Kronos migration preparation
The Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor's degree holder
* 5 years of HR related experience
* Independent and proactive personality
* Japanese language ability is a plus to communicate with Native Japanese speaking counterparts
