Our Client:
An excellent opportunity to join our client who is a market leader within the e-Commerce Consumer Goods space (B2C). A trailblazer in innovation and creativity, they have remained ahead of their industry competitors by creating new product ranges through consumer trends. They are in an expansion phase across Asia Pacific and is currently looking to hire a HR Manager to be part of the management team.

The Responsibilities:
Part of a HR team of 2 (and looking to expand with new head counts), this role is based in Singapore and you will be reporting to Senior HR Manager. The scope of work covers HR operations, being the Project Lead for new HRIS implementation and be involved in business expansion projects (i.e. acquisitions). This role primarily focuses on Singapore, with some exposure to China, US and UK. Singapore is the base office.

As an experienced HR professional, you will be the right-hand support and cover responsibilities as follows:

Including full suite of human resources services including Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management as well as HR Policies for China. You will also ensure the smooth administration of all HR operational activities of our employees' career cycle.

* Manage the HR operations to support the overall employment experience of employees, in line with the business's policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
* Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees, employees' records, benefits etc. ensuring confidentiality
* Manage the performance management processes driving talent management and ensuring timely completion and update to employee database
* Act as a point of contact for employee enquiries on HR issues for our regional offices
* Ensure HR policies, practices and procedures are in compliance with statutory requirements
* Manage outsourced payroll vendors in Singapore and regional offices
* Ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly payroll activities
* Support the HR operations and manage the outsourced payroll agencies for our regional offices

The Requirements:

* Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or similar studies
* At least 7-8 years of relevant HR experience
* Strong communication skills who can deliver ideas and look through strategic lenses and is someone innovative and solution-driven
* Comfortable to work in a dynamic, flexible, vibrant, and fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable with constant changes due to business advancement
* Resourceful and able to work independently at the same time a good team player
