Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a market-leading Japanese electronics manufacturing company that specializes in lighting products. They established in Singapore in 1989. They are actively looking to hire an experienced Admin Manager to join their team.

The Responsibilities:

* Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative, logistics department and staff members for Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Philippines
* Understand Import/Export procedures and supervise Sales Coordinators
* Assist in recruiting efforts such as interviews, employee evaluations and preparation of Offer Letter & Employment confirmation
* Leave management
* Collaborate with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending and other expenses
* Review and approve Reimbursement expenses
* Travel arrangement for air ticket and hotel reservations
* Assist Managing Director to correspond on Questionnaires sent from Japan HQ
* Make announcement to all subsidiaries on new updates from HQ/MD
* Maintain and creation of new Stock code
* Coordinate IT related issues from HQ to our group companies such as new PC purchase and configuration and setting up new email account for new employees
* Setup of monthly meeting for the Company
* Review and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures when necessary
* Other ad hoc duty as assigned

The Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma with 5 years' Admin Manager experience
* Self-motivated individual with ability to multitask
* Great skills in Microsoft Office
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
