Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese LNG supply and trading company which was recently established in Singapore and acts as a subsidiary of a well-known Japanese LNG MNC with a strong financial background. They are actively looking to hire a meticulous Accounts Executive to join their team and grow alongside them.

The Responsibilities:

* Maintain Partial set of Accounts - Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable records and master data
* Posting of receipts and payments & perform banking transactions
* Processing Accounts Payable payment & issue of cheques
* Prepare tax invoices & perform monthly closing processes
* Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents
* Management report and any other related duties as assigned
* Manage Withholding Tax and GST and support tax filings
* Manage payments and receipts of LNG and derivative transaction in a timely and accurate manner, such as issuing price notifications and sales invoices based on understanding of payment terms in agreements
* Deal Confirmation of physical and paper transaction
* Manage derivative transactions including initial margin, variation margin, settlements, and collateral management
* Reconcile month end realized gain/loss, unrealized valuation gain/loss, cash balances, broker statements, exchange statements between ETRM and SAP
* Ensure all responsible deals are captured accurately in ETRM/SAP system
* Communicate timely and manage inquiries from internal and external counterparties
* Any other duties as assigned

The Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma holder in Finance / Accounting or related studies
* Minimum 2 to 3 years related working experience in similar position especially in accounts closing & report
* Working experience and knowledge in SAP B1 would be an added advantage
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standard, GST, and Withholding Tax
* Great communication skills with great passion to learn and grow with the organization
* Meticulous and able to multitask
