Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is one of the leading Japanese Oil Trading Companies dealing with different types of Oils. With an ever-growing industry, they are actively looking to hire an Administrative Manager to take on their general administration duties in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Maintain and prepare board of directors' meeting and general shareholders meeting materials
* Liaison with corporate secretary in relate to directors' resolution and general meeting
* Preparation and arrangement of company events
* Liaison between headquarter in Japan and Singapore office
* Maintain company standard operation procedures and manuals
* Ensure company policies and procedures are compliance with law and regulations
* Maintain accurate up-to-date HR database and employee's records
* Provide expatriate administrative support, including employment pass application
* Provide secretarial and administrative support to Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director
* Provide the support relating the corporate governance to internal and external parties
* Responsible in internal approval procedures
* Liaison with banks and external vendors
* Responsible for maintenance of information system
* Responsible for Personal Data Protection
* Other ad hoc projects and assignments

The Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years' experience of relevant working experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill
* Maintain a mature discretion in handling confidential information/issues
* Organized, meticulous, and possess a strong sense of urgency
* Initiative and able to work independently
* Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with native Japanese-speaking stakeholders in Japan HQ
