Our Client:
Our client develops a staking pool protocol and provides business services through partners and companies. They're actively looking to hire an IR Manager to join them.
The Responsibilities
Create IR strategies and scenarios for the entire Group
* Understand and verbalize the strategy as envisioned by the executives
* Creating messages to be conveyed to shareholders and investors
* Grasping the status of the business and reflecting it in the scenarios (reflecting monthly)
* Update in collaboration with PR firms
* Propose and confirm the execution of necessary business moves from an IR perspective Marketing & PR
Create connections with PR firms
* Set up interviews, etc. (including interviews of yourself and board members) Communicate with shareholders
* Prepare public reports at least once a month
* Build relationships with key shareholders
* Updating the website
* Conduct business presentations and attract new investors and traders on a monthly basis
Communication with various brokerage firms
* Confirmation of conditions for inclusion in the portfolio
* Negotiate and compile terms and conditions of introduction for each brokerage firm
* Interact with investors through brokerage firms
Achievement of stock price related goals
* Increase liquidity
* Increase in number of shareholders
* Achievement of stock price targets
* Strategic planning/planning/execution, including public offerings
SGX Announcements
* Understanding and internal agreement on disclosure content for each announcement
* Set and draft the above strategies
Fundraising
* Raise SGD 15M by the end of 2022
* Introduce investors through own connections
* Arrangement of various strategies with PR firms
The Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience as an Investor relationship or Marketing for investors
* Previous experience leading fundraisings totalling at least 20M USD Has connections to investors, traders, brokerage firms, etc. in Singapore
* Experience in preparing own presentation materials to shareholders
