Our Client:
Our client is one of the top leading Japanese MNCs. Their APAC regional HQ in Singapore is actively looking to hire an energetic and confident individual to join them as Senior HR Executive.
The Responsibilities:
* Support the regional general manager in regional alignment of HR policies and procedures
* Planning, execution and reviewing of regional talent management projects. Including, but not limited to:
○ Skills map activity
○ Employee skill gap analysis and action plans
○ Succession planning
* Support of HR system (performance management) development and improvement in subsidiaries
* Develop and maintain company rules and regulations
* Budget proposal and control
* Other duties as assigned
The Requirements:
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in talent management
* Preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industry
* Sound knowledge of local employment regulations
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Able to multitask, who work in fast-paced environment and in under pressure
* Willing to travel around ASEAN and India on business trips
* Regional working experience is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Japanese language (Japanese JLPT N2 and above) to be able to communicate with native Japanese-speaking counterparts in HQ is advantageous
