The primary goal of this role and position is to perform in Singapore as Solution Sales to support the business meeting and exceeding their objectives. The Solution Sales Manager must be a highly driven and experienced professional who represents the organization as a company and a brand. This Solution Sales role should be able to support prospect target accounts for new business, assist the sales team to enhance their customers awareness of the technologies offered.

The Solution Sales Manager position requires experience selling technical solutions. This is a "solutions-oriented" position that employs consultative sales strategies, training, and resources to ensure the success of the Sales Manager. The incumbent is required to carry out his responsibilities in accordance with the company's goals and to demonstrate to customers the value of solutions and goods.

The Responsibilities:

* Interface with regional sales team and provide technical support in DAS (Distributed Antenna System) solutions and services. Scope includes preparing solutions presentations and answering technical enquiries
* Support on tenders/bidding in terms of technical aspects, preparation of technical proposals, doing presentation of technical solutions and technical enquiries or clarification
* Support regional sales team to prepare budgetary and final document for tenders/RFPs/RFIs within expected timeline
* Work with regional technical staff and internal business units to explore solutions for coverage/capacity enhancements
* Assist Manager by developing training material, design notes and white papers on related technical topics
* When required, conduct technical training to regional team as well as to the customers

The Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma (or equivalent work experience) in business administration, telecommunications/electrical, or electronics
* At least 5 year working experience in the Telcom industry, DAS company or local system integrator experience.
* Strong knowledge on active DAS product and solution
* Familiar with providing technical product/solution presentation to customer
* Familiar with project tender cycles, to prepare tender submission for RFP/RFQ
* Familiar with providing training course to customer
* A self-starter with strong analytical, presentation skills and possess the professional ability to interact with any level within an organization
* Ability to multitask and work independently or within a team
