Collectively, they provide a wide array of services. They're actively looking to hire a Senior Server Specialist to join their ever-growing team.

The Responsibilities:

* Provide server infrastructure support, identify, diagnose and resolve issue
* Manage virtual and physical servers on Windows and RHEL operating systems
* Configure and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange and Group policies
* Building, upgrade, troubleshooting and administering of servers, SAN storage, LANDESK, Secure File service and Linux platform machine
* Vulnerability patch update on servers and all user workstations
* Perform daily server operations and respond to operational usability concern
* Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot and correct hardware & software issues on servers. Escalate incidents as necessary
* Perform server/application related tasks for multi-platform projects/activities
* Develop PC image in compliance with company security standard.
* Provisioning user accounts, permissions, access rights, and network shared storage allocations
* Function as technical representative on O365 design and implementation
* Supporting Mobile Device Management implementation
* Prepare and maintain documentation of server configurations
* Ensure data backup on system images and shared drives are up and running
* Develop and maintain documentation about current environment setup, standard operating procedures, and best practices
* Provide after office hour stand-by support in weekly rotating basis, as and when required

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computing or related studies
* Minimum 9 years of experience
* MCSE preferred
* Ability to manage, upgrade, configure and setup VMware ESX infrastructure
* Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP
* Ability to implement and maintaining Windows and LINUX physical and virtual servers
* Ability to setup, configure and manage Active Directory, ADFS, DNS server and DHCP server
* Knowledge on SAN storage and SAN switch technology
* Knowledge of configuring and setup of Infoblox
* Knowledge and some hands-on experience on Splunk
* Knowledge on change management (ITIL)
* Knowledge of LANDESK management software
* Experience of implementing Mobile Iron (Mobile Device Management) is preferred
* Experience in design and implementing Office 365 and Microsoft Cloud
* Project management experience is preferred
* Knowledge on Hyper-Convergence infrastructure (preferred but not essential)
