Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is an established research and development centre to develop specialized manufacturing process, automotive and communication

The Responsibilities:

* Plan and coordinate services and tool layout to optimize space management in the clean room, troubleshoot services in the shortest time possible
* Monitor tool installations schedule and utility services energization
* Formulate and implement preventive maintenance programs for systems in charge to ensure that the systems function as intended at all times
* Monitor and review utilities capacity usage tracking and provide regular reports
* Recommend and implement improvement/enhancement projects
* Formulate cost effective design installations and operating procedures
* Monitor and review utility consumptions
* Ensure plant histories, drawings, data, and other appropriate documentations are being generated and properly filed for future reference and review. Updating changes of layout in the cleanroom using AutoCAD
* Able to interpret technical drawing and performing welding process & requirement to produce the work piece at our facility
* Experience in using a variety to welding equipment, procedures (orbital, hot plate) and variety of tools to modify pipes, measuring, marking, cutting, and threading them
* Ordering required materials such as pipes, hangars, brackets, etc.

The Requirements:

* Degree/Diploma in engineering or equivalent
* Working experience of at least 3 years in semiconductor environment preferred
* Engineering knowledge, which may include project installation, project management or semiconductor equipment installation
* Working knowledge of Auto-CAD, MS Project, Words and Excel
* Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
* Positive learning attitude
* Able to undertake pressure in time-constrained situations
