Job Description

Our Client:

Our client are global leader in Logistic Industry specializes in port and warehouse facilities. They have extensive international reach that allows efficient and first-class handling of commodities across the entire supply chain. With the business expansion requirements, they are looking for a Regional Sales Support Executive to support the sales team. They are looking for a Risk Control Manager to evaluate and implement standards to enhance operations related process as well as business efficiency throughout the Asia Pacific Region.

The Responsibilities:

* Develop and conduct audit on HSE/ operation related processes across the region, to determine effectiveness, propose improvement measures for scalability
* Support site surveys and conduct due diligence checks to evaluate project feasibility
* Conduct educational campaigns or activities to management and employees regarding risk management
* strategies and programs across the region
* Collation of data and information for analysis, evaluate and revise internal controls as well as operational procedures
* Liaison with regional affiliates and coordinate on HSE matters
* Administer and support HSEC and Compliance through policy implementation, guidelines, audit and
* conformances using suitable project management and reporting tools
* Take part in design and improvement of operations model through research and data analysis
* Develop policies, procedures, and control assessments in response to identified risks
* Prepare and maintain direct and functional reports; make recommendations, ensure works done complies with
* company policies and objectives
* Evaluate effectiveness of company's internal control framework in addressing risks and accomplishing company's goals and objective

The Requirements:

* Degree in Science (HSE) / Logistic Management/ Transportation/ Supply Chain or any related disciplines
* Must have relevant HSE/ certification and project experience in logistic or commodity sector
* Must have good knowledge of Health and Safety and environmental matters, as well as knowledge in warehousing scorecard
* Preferably accredited lead auditor for ISO/OHSAS experience, familiar with process design and validation
* Good computer knowledge, preferably familiar with Project/ Visio/ MS Office
* Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams
* Strong character with a passion for excellence, self-motivator with problem solving skills
* Independent and able to lead a team
* Must be comfortable travelling up to 30% for field visits
