Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a global leader in energy logistics solution delivering high quality ocean transportation and specialist petroleum services to energy industries, refineries, and trading house. They are actively looking to hire a Senior Executive for their Enterprise Risk Management and to assist in implementation of Business Continuity Planning activities for the organization.

The Responsibilities:

* Observe, identify, analyze and mitigate on organization's operational and strategic risk
* Conduct regular checks on risks management policies and strategies to ensure compliance with regulation, agency standards and organization's strategy
* Development and maintenance of business continuity plans Manage and maintain ERM tools to analyze and report risks within company's business units
* Maintenance of ERM information, document and communicate on identified key risks and controls
* Work together with operations and business unit to design, implement and maintain controls for risks
* Ensure comprehensive tracking, mitigation, and reporting of risks in quarterly review scorecards
* Implementation and review risk initiatives for units assigned
* Monitor signpost of assigned emerging trends
* Work closely with the project teams to provide risk assessments as per the PRA framework
* Gather risk-related data on sector from both internal and external resources, prepare reports as and when required that outline findings
* Make recommendation on risk mitigation action plans
* Conduct quantitative analysis for risk assessment and loss expectancy estimation
* Determine potential impacts of environment and geopolitical factors on long term growth and profitability
* Review balanced scorecard (BSC) of units assigned, ensure alignments across various units
* Tracking and review achievement of initiatives and operational performance against targets set on quarterly and annual basis
* Ensure works done complies with company policies as well as Code of conduct and business ethics (CoBRE)

The Requirements:

* Minimum Degree in Business/ Finance/ Accounting and other related disciplines
* Preferably with certification in CPA/ CIMA/ ACCA
* Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Risk Management/Auditing or similar control environment
* Candidates with experience in Logistic/Shipping/Transportation Industry will be an added advantage
* Knowledge in corporate infrastructure, principles of corporate governance, COSO, ISO 31000 are required
