Job Description

Our Client:

RGF represents one of the largest Malaysian infrastructure and engineering companies that has undertaken various projects both locally and internationally. They are actively looking to hire a M&E Manager to join them.

The Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Team and lead and direct the team to carry out the daily maintenance duties with safety concerns in mind
* Ensure the team carries out their daily work functions and duties assigned including supervising the contractors promptly with minimum inconvenience and disruption
* Liaise day-to-day operations and maintenance of M&E systems, equipment, and appliances
* Perform and oversee daily activities of facilities management operations and do an inspection on routine maintenance/improvement works and coordinate tenancy fitting-out works and asset enhancement initiatives when required. as when required
* Develop, implement, review, and maintain regime and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regularly and ensure the building is in full compliance with the regulatory requirements and safety requirements
* Provide good leadership and work cohesively with various stakeholders on building repairs and maintenance of the facilities management operations
* Handle feedback, complaints, and services requested by internal stakeholders
* Establish and maintain good rapport and partnership with vendors and contractors inform the management of any irregularities or poor performance of contractors/vendors

The Requirements:

* Minimum a Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Equivalent
* Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably LTA projects
* Strong communication skill
