Job Description
Our Client:
RGF represents a well-established local company in the Timber Wood Industry. They are actively looking to hire a Senior Accounts Executive to join their expanding team in Singapore. The candidate will focus on maintaining full sets of accounts, operational banking matters, and other account functions.
The Responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports and maintain full sets of accounts and account schedules
* Prepare quarterly GST submission and annual tax submission
* Monthly preparation and calculation of sales commission for the team
* Handle petty cash claims and reimbursement
* Supports sales team in customer accounts creation, generating invoices and quotations
* Issue rental invoices to tenants and ensure that payment is received on time
* Reconciling monthly invoices for sales commission
* Supporting SMD for credit control and payment collection (execution)
* Perform quality control, analyse and evaluation on client ad hoc/project credit application forms
* Archiving of old documents for storage management (hard copies)
* Takes charge of operational banking matters such as monitoring bank account balances, preparation of cheques and bank transfer to vendors
* Works on product items cost and pricing
* Assist with annual stock take
* Perform any additional ad hoc assignments as and when required
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Accountancy, or a related field
* At least 5 years working experience
* Proven work experience as a Senior Accounts Executive
* Verse in Microsoft Dynamic Navision 2017
