Our Client:
RGF represents a subsidiary of a listed company in Japan. Their Singapore office focuses on lifestyle business and real estate development work. They are actively looking to hire a Community Ambassador to join their growing team.
The Responsibilities:
* Be the community ambassador and assist the members with queries
* Proactively build strong relationship with every single member
* Continuous assessment of area of improvement
* Ensure the community is well maintained and any facilities issues are promptly attended to
* Back-office support management
* Events management to create engagement and build a stronger community
The Requirements:
* Diploma and/or equivalent experience in the hospitality, F&B Industry
* Customer service-oriented personality
* Passionate and enjoy creating remarkable experience
* Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask projects
* Willing to work retail hours
