They're actively looking to hire a Spa Consultant to join their ever-growing team.
The Responsibilities:
* Handle phone and email
* Manage treatment appointments
* Consult customer before and after treatment
* Upsell spa packages and products
* Manage customer complaints
* Ensure store cleanliness and hygiene is well-maintained
* Ad hoc paper and duties assigned
* Manage daily operations in the absence of the spa manager
The Requirements:
* Proficient in spoken and written English to be able to communicate with English-speaking stakeholders
* Basic computer literacy skills (Gmail, google docs, google sheets, google slides, etc.)
* Sales-driven with sociable and outgoing personality
* Good customer service and team player
* Able to multitask under pressure
* Experience in Retail Sales is a plus
Others:
* Able to commit 6 days a week, including all weekends and PHs
