Our Client:

Our client is an institutional investment firm dedicated to delivering consistent, uncorrelated absolute returns in all market environments. They are actively looking to hire a Research Coordinator to join their team.

The Responsibilities:

* Execute on Corporate Access functions; Maintain critical reporting systems within Broker Relations Group
* Provide day to day support for PM and analyst teams: Manage calendar, travel, and expenses
* Work with compliance on vetting of industry expert meetings and any non-C-level management events
* Complete ad hoc requests for Broker Relations team including data clean up, conference meeting entry
* Corporate Access & Sell side meetings

o Track and highlight all upcoming non-deal roadshows, conference meetings, events, and earnings calls
o Schedule corporate access and sell side analyst meetings.
o Keep event tracking database up to date with latest meetings and management interactions
o Schedule management calls for PM teams utilizing BAM systems to invite all relevant parties
o Request conference meetings, confirm schedules with Broker Relations team
o Gathering and printing of models, transcriptions, and company presentations

The Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of working experience in Financial Services
* Within the above, Minimum 1 year of experience working within a corporate access team
* Strong attention to detail

* Strong working level knowledge of Equity Capital Markets
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Consistent work ethics through hard work, confidence, and effort
* Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities
* Professionalism in dealing with our external counterparts including corporate IRs and management
* Effective and clear communicator
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
