Our Client
Our client is a major consulting firm with global presence, they are actively looking to hire an experienced candidate with consulting and project leading background to join their team as Senior Management Consultant.

The Responsibilities:

* Conduct strategic project research and analysis and provide consultation services and proposals to clients to resolve issues
* Develop and deliver projects with new and existing clients
* Discuss proposals with management
* Lead projects by managing costs and schedules and meet up with clients to discuss status and progress
* Ensure work quality of project team members and reassign tasks
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
* Responsible for various projects when required
* Obtain new projects
* Contribute to knowledge sharing within company and with regional counterparts

The Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor's Degree
* Should have at least 3 years of research and consulting work experience of specific industry
* Possesses strong business strategic planning and analysis experience
* Ability to communicate in Japanese language will be advantageous to liaise with native Japanese-speaking clients
* Experience in leadership role in project will be useful
* Regional business travelling is expected
