RGF is representing one of the well-established banking groups in Asia. They are actively looking for Wealth Planning Managers / Senior Wealth Planning Managers to be part of their award-winning team in Singapore.
The Wealth Planning Manager / Senior Wealth Planning Manager will provide a suite of innovative banking services and financial solutions to customers, ranging from the man-in-the-street to the mass affluent and help them make informed decisions about their money to achieve their life goals.
The Responsibilities:
* Advise customers on various personal banking, financial products and services offered by the bank.
* Seek opportunities to engage customers through branch banking touch points, tele-appointments, and/or outreach programs
* Possess sound financial knowledge and provide holistic financial planning advice to the customers. To identify suitable financial solutions offered by the bank to meet their financial goals
* Have a good understanding of the banking regulations and to adhere to the rules and guidelines when conducting business
* Conduct oneself professionally and deliver service standard as prescribed by the Bank service values
* Achieve a balanced scorecard set by the company
The Requirements:
* A Diploma/Degree in any discipline
* Driven and service-oriented with a passion for banking and wealth management
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
* Willingness to work on a flexible schedule that includes occasional weekends
