Job Description

Our Client:

RGF is representing one of the leading general insurers in Asia. They are actively looking to hire a Senior Executive to handle their General Insurance Claims Operations. They are located centrally, and this role is for one of their expanding team.

The Responsibilities:

* Assist HOD to manage operations in Operation Team
* Assist to oversee the maintenance of an accurate and efficient e-filing systems
* Provide efficient service to customers through polite and helpful handling of enquiries
* Assist in the compilation of claims statistics and reports
* Promote and maintain professional working relationships
* Assist in handling enquiries referred to the office
* Train, guide, and coach junior staff
* Undertake any other duties as may be assigned

The Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS

* Tertiary education
* Relevant qualifications in general insurance

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

* Communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work in a team
* Supervisory skills
* IT skill and knowledge

EXPERIENCE

* Minimum 2 years of Operational Experience in Claims and Claims Support, including claim systems
