Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is one of the largest producers of industrial gas globally, with products used in wide range of industries.

With the expansion in business, they are actively looking for a Mechanical Engineer to provide technical support to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

The Responsibilities:

* Planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for all rotating and static equipment
* Monitor condition of rotating equipment thru online and offline vibration and oil analysis
* Monitor contractor's maintenance activities, provide guidance or troubleshooting where issues arise
* Coordinate on shutdown maintenance activities of rotating and static equipment
* Review risk analysis and maintenance program regularly
* Proper documentation of record for equipment repair and modifications timely and accurately
* Taking part in root cause analysis (RCA) on process incidents and process inducted mechanical failures, recommend corrective actions and follow up
* Initiate engineer management of change (EMOC), execute plant improvement and modification works
* Handle audits and corrective actions timely
* Identify issues in plant, recommend, and implement solutions

The Requirements:

* Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering and other related discipline
* Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in petrochemical/ industrial gas/ refinery/ pharma industry
* Good knowledge of industrial standards and equipment (rotating and static)
* Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
