Our Client:

Our client is a multinational company in the FMCG Industry and they are actively looking to hire a Senior HR Executive to become a part of their HR team in Singapore.

This is a new headcount and as a team, you will be taking care of 100+ employees. With a collaborative culture, candidates can look forward to a supportive environment with high autonomy.

The Responsibilities:

As a HR Generalist role, you will support the HR Department on effective delivery of HR operations to our business units and other HR & Admin duties & projects as assigned.

* Support local (Singapore) payroll & taxation and liaise with auditors on payroll audits
* General HR Admin
* Prepare monthly Headcount report to finance department
* Prepare monthly/ad hoc HR analytics and metrics reports for management
* Assist in staff onboarding (orientation program) and offboarding process (exit interview)
* Act as main point of contact in handling staff enquiries pertaining to Covid-19 related matters
* Handle employees enquires on all HR-related matters
* Assist in expatriate management
* Organize company events and employee engagement activities
* Drive HR initiatives and any HR ad hoc projects assigned by the manager

The Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration
* Preferably with certification of CHRBP
* Experience in handling full payroll cycle (Timesoft)
* Knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws and HR practices
