Job Description

Our Client:

RGF is representing a reputable FMCG in condiments. They are actively looking to hire a Senior Sales Executive to join them.

The Responsibilities:

* Responsible for Sales Achievement and growth of the assigned channel including Total DFI, and General Trade Direct Accounts
* Develop and align annual business plan and channel strategy to achieve channel KPIs
* Drive Joint Business Planning and regular business review with Key Customers
* Management of A&P funds to ensure effective spending
* Work closely with Marketing to translate Category and Brand strategy and develop them into channel strategy
* Plan, execute and evaluate trade promotions/price-off/advertised offers
* Submission of new product listing, promotion pack listing, promotion price maintenance and promotion claims
* Monitor distribution gain and range extension
* Constantly review Retailers' Planogram and seek opportunity to achieve Category Growth
* Develop New Business development plan
* Prepare promotional plans to list into these new segments

The Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business or related field
* Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in FMCG sales, preferably from leading MNC food companies
* Experienced with the Modern Trade and General Trade Channel, have worked with Key Accounts buyer, distributors, and wholesalers
