Our Client:

Our client is a leading company in Medical & Scientific Workflow Solutions in Southeast Asia. They are actively looking for a Head of Sales to join their team.

The Responsibilities:

* Lead team to achieve sales goals and business objectives
* Responsible for business objectives and measurable goals for the division to drive growth and new market development
* Interpret and analyse sales lead flow and pipeline metrics for market territories and product segments to understand market trends and insights
* Identify emerging business trends, provides direction and leadership to ensure effective operations, complete customer satisfaction and sustainable growth of the division

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Life Science/Molecular Biology/Biology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry or related disciplines
* Min 8 years of Sales experience with 2-3 years of people management
* Proven track record in managing a sales team, and the ability to motivate in achieving revenue targets and KPIs
* Team player/able to establish a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
