Job Description
Our client:
Our client is a Marketing and Communications agency, they specialized in Mobility Industry while working with the most exciting, forward thinking mobility brands and manufacturers. They have also built their own marketing platform that is used across the globe. Currently, they are looking to hire an Account Manager to join their team.
The Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships and be the first point of contact for the client on day-to-day matters
* Managing projects on a day-to-day basis to ensure the client needs are being met and exceeded
* Working seamlessly with the UK-based team to ensure smooth delivery of new product launches and client onboarding
The Requirements:
* Japanese language proficiency is required to be able to liaise effectively with native Japanese-speaking clients in Japan
* At least 5 years of Account Management experiences or Sales Planning experiences
* Ability to work remotely with support from UK-based team
* Proven track record of building strong client relationships
* B2B and Automotive experience is a plus
* Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills
* Quick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes
* Future-minded individual with a strong desire to contribute to an exciting new programme
