Our Client:
Our client is a one of the leading and reputable real estate developers. They are actively looking to hire a Manager / Senior Manager to join their team.
The Responsibilities:
* Head the Engineering Services department
* Lead a team, ensuring smooth operations of general maintenance, repairs and Additions and Alterations (A&A) works within mall
* Liaise with nearby hotels on Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services
* Prepare, administer, and control budget expenditure
* Ensure work performance and deliverables are up to expectations from internal and external service providers including conducting periodic inspections to ensure compliances, monitoring, and planning the schedule of works
* Prepare and administer M&E services contracts
* Ensure proper preventive maintenance measures are implemented
* Ensure that feedback and complaints are investigated and resolved efficiently
The Requirements:
* Degree or Diploma in M&E related fields with minimum 7 years of relevant experience for Degree holder or minimum 10 years for Diploma holder
* Preferably with experience as an Engineering Manager
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
