Our Client:
Our client is a real estate developer. They are actively looking to hire a Facility Manager to join their team.
The Responsibilities:
* Set design standards / tenancy design guidelines to ensure positioning and outlook for the mall are maintained
* Manage tenancy works for new and outgoing tenants, ensuring compliance with tenancy design criteria and house rules
* Approve designs, submitted plans, and manage queries and requests from tenants and contractors
* Recommend and submit final designs before sending for approval
* Exploration studies for reconfiguration of units for leasing
* Oversee reinstatement works, amalgamation & sub-division tenancy works
* Oversee documentation of processes within tenant's fit-out folder
* Comply with Code of Conduct for retail leases matters
* Review and conceptualise mall's improvement works
The Requirements:
* Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience in retail design and interior designing projects
* Preferably in supervisory and management role with leadership qualities
* Strong knowledge of Retail Industry trends and retail shop fittings
* Knowledgeable in M&E provisions such as air-conditioning, electrical work, sanitation and plumbing, kitchen provisions
