Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese Regional HQ that focuses on medical technology for infection control and laboratory uses. The Singapore office also manages the sales and marketing for the Asia Pacific region. With their high-quality standards, they are well-known in the Medical Industry. Currently, they are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for their Vascular division.
The Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the budget achievement and long-term plans of the Company in Asia Pacific (Except East Asia and India)
* Collect market information and customer needs and plan and carry out sales and marketing activities
* Provide marketing support to subsidiaries and distributors of the Company
* Organize appropriate sales and distribution channel including appointing new distributors and support the product registration
* Make business portfolio strategies and policies including but not limited to merger and acquisition (M&A)
The Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Science, Biomedical or related field
* 3-8 years of experience in Interventional Cardiology / Vascular Imaging Devices
* Regional marketing / sales management experience
* Great interpersonal & communication skills
* Able to work independently and a team player
