Our Client:
Our client is one of the growing Industrial Gases manufacturing MNC based in Japan. They are looking for a motivated and experienced person to work as Regional Senior Manager of their Corporate Planning for their regional HQ in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Reporting to Senior Vice President, Corporate Planning
* Analyze operating company's business performance
* Manage Mid-term plan, budget, and monthly performance
* Correspondence to approval matters in accordance with Delegation of Authority (DoA) in group companies
* Promote efficient operations
* Formulate mid-term business growth strategies with operating companies and achieve the goal
* Other duties for regional function in the SEA + India region
* Other ad hoc duties as and when needed
The Requirements:
* Minimum Degree in Business, Business Administration, Accountancy, or relevant field
* 5 - 8 years of working experience in corporate planning, preferably in Manufacturing Industry
* Experience working in a Regional HQ/HQ/Group, especially budgeting in larger scale
* Prior experience in IT operation system migration is advantageous
* Possess initiative, drive and able to work independently and result-oriented
* Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
