About the role:

This role is reporting directly to their Regional Manager (Manufacturing Category). You will be responsible for positive team collaboration, including to the senior leadership teams, cross-department business stakeholders (including their commercial and procurement teams), as well as with the external supplier of the business.

The role gives you autonomy, independence to drive your work. The role requires a solid contributor to drive the strategies, the collaboration among the stakeholders, in order to meet the business targets. Your clear & concise communication skills will be required to work seamlessly with regional team members, as well as to the external parties.

The Responsibilities:

* As a Functional SAP MM subject matter expert. You are there to assist with inventory related matters, tracking of material flows, as well as to assist in implementation projects
* Handling inventory management programs (cycle count, FIFO, E&O, inventory reconciliation-counts-adjustments, as well as stock-level optimization)
* Handling the accuracy, cost, regulatory compliance within your inventory and distribution activities
* Be part of the troubleshooting team to conduct root-cause analysis of inventory discrepancies. You are to assist in providing corrective actions while improving the guidelines to prevent future occurrences
* Managing and coordinating through the team of annual inventory review regionally in various locations (yards, shops, and other facilities). You are to assist in its data analysis to manage potential financial impacts of adjustments when needed
* Reviewing, improving the SOPs for their warehouse activities
* Providing weekly activity reports and performance for continuous improvements. Creating reports and data sets to support the overall operations to troubleshoot gaps, inventory aging, and consolidation activities

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree
* More than 5 years' experience in SAP MM, ideally within Manufacturing Industry
* Good team player and strong drive for performance and results
* Familiar in communicating and influencing stakeholders at various levels within a global organization
* Strong analytical and project management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
* Familiar with Power BI and/or MS Access / Excel
* Familiar with Lean Six Sigma related projects will be an advantage
* Exposure in guiding a group of workers will be an advantage
