Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is an Indian MNC, they digitalise and enable automotive, financial services, and manufacturing industries. They are actively looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join their team.

The Responsibilities:

* Full scope of admin and secretarial support
* Calendar management, schedule meetings, interviews, etc.
* Travel arrangement for Director and CEO
* Assist in submitting expenses such as insurance, medical claims, and leaves
* Admin/secretarial support for company's Advisory Board Members and other ad hoc requirements

The Requirements:

* Have prior administrative background
* Strong Microsoft Office Skills
* Good time management
* Able to work unsupervised and confidently with confidential matters
* Experience supporting senior stakeholders i.e. C-suite levels

Others:

Currently, they collaboratively working in office
Location: Central with accessibility to MRT
