Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a market-leading Japanese electronics manufacturing company. The company specializes in the manufacturing of high-quality lighting products. They were established in Singapore in 1989.

They are actively looking for an experienced individual to join their team as an Administration & Sales Admin Manager.

The Responsibilities:

* Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative, logistics department and staff members for Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Philippines
* Participate in Continuous Improvement efforts towards the Group Company's operations
* Understand Import/Export procedures and supervise Sales Coordinators
* Assist in recruitment efforts such as interviews, employee evaluations and preparation of Offer Letter & Employment confirmation
* Leave management
* Collaborate with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending and other expenses
* Review and approve reimbursement expenses
* Travel arrangement for air ticket and hotel reservations
* Assist Managing Director to correspond on Questionnaires sent from Japan HQ
* Make announcement to all subsidiaries on new updates from HQ/MD
* Maintain and creation of new Stock code
* Coordinate IT related issues from HQ to our group companies such as new PC purchase and configuration and setting up new email account for new employees
* Setup of monthly meeting for the Company
* Review and improving administrative systems, policies and procedures when necessary
* Prepare and support ISO and GDPMDS Audit
* Other ad hoc duty as assigned

The Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma with 5 years' Admin Manager experience
* Working knowledge in International Trade / Import & Export
* Previous experience dealing with Human Resource duties will be advantageous
* Self-motivated individual with ability to multitask
* Great skills in Microsoft Office
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Japanese is required to be able to communicate effectively with native Japanese-speaking in HQ
