Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is a well-established General Insurance company, located centrally. They are actively looking to hire a driven candidates to join their telemarketing team.

The Responsibilities:

* Advertise and promote the company's personal insurance products via calls
* Create and maintain proper customer information, calls, and sales records
* Perform any after call functions to complete the cycle of the call
* Attend to telephone queries from customers and direct such calls to Customer Service where necessary
* Ensure confidentiality of data in the manner and to the extent required by the Company and/or the Bank
* Ensures business handled is in line with the Company's underwriting guidelines and comply with all law, regulatory and audit requirements
* Provide feedback and suggestions on programmes handled to improve and/or enhance existing and future telemarketing programmes
* Undertake any other duties as may be assigned

The Requirements:

* Minimum GCE 'O' level
* Minimum 1 year' related experience is preferred
* Certificates in General Insurance (BCP/PGI) and Cert HI
