Our Client:
Our client is one of the Japanese renowned engineering companies. Their Regional HQ office is actively looking to hire a HR Senior Executive to join their team.
The Responsibilities:
* Support the regional general manager in regional alignment of HR
* policies and procedures
* End-to-end talent acquisition of regional HQ staff in Singapore
* Planning and executing the company's regional training framework and organizing regional training for subsidiary companies in SEA and India region
* Management of expatriate matters: coordinate mobility-related matters and perform on-boarding and off-boarding process for expatriate staff, plan, and coordinate annual medical examinations,
* and taxation matters
* Correspondence with authorities for compliance and employee issues
* Facilitate periodic forum for the various HR teams in the region
* Planning and executing employee welfare activities as part of
* recreation committee
* Other ad hoc duties as assigned
The Requirements:
* Minimally 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Manufacturing or Engineering Industry
* Sound knowledge of local employment regulations
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
* Willing to travel around ASEAN and India on business
