They are actively looking to hire Sales Assistant Manager to join their ever-growing team.

The Responsibilities:

* Responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy and strategy with the Sales Manager
* Achieve assigned revenue and profit targets and develop customer base within the assigned territory
* and geography
* Responsible for identifying, evaluating, attracting trade and market opportunities for
* wide range of testing and certification services for industrial and energy products
* Identify customer needs, promote portfolio of possible services and solutions, and develop winning value propositions for a chance to close the deal
* Assist management in reviewing, evaluating, and developing pricing strategies for
* Product portfolio to improve profitability
* Responsible for customer experience from acquisition to after sales
* Build, strengthen, and optimize relationships with customers, potential customers, and partners through
* Visit customers regularly as well as respond quickly to customer inquiries, comments, and comments
* Lead and coach the sales team to expand and enter new areas
* Remuneration based on Targeted Income system

The Requirements:

* Minimum a Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of sales experience in B2B environment
* Strong sales, business or customer development track records and the ability to use consultative
* selling and management of major accounts for growth
* Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills
* Target-driven personality but with high level of diplomacy to influence management and decision
* Strong ability to navigate challenging situations as well as manage and align different
* stakeholders
* Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
