They are actively looking for a Sales Manager to join their Consumer Technology team.

The Responsibilities:

* Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and attracting business and market opportunities for a wide range of testing and certification services for electrical and electronic products
* Identify and promote strategic partnerships to develop new markets, key services, and accounts in assigned markets and develop strategic partnerships
* Guide the team and provide market insights to the team to prospect and develop new pipelines in the targeted markets
* Responsible for the development and execution of in-market sales strategies and strategies to meet or exceed the assigned revenue and profit targets of the assigned portfolio and grow the client base within scope and geography assigned
* Assist management in reviewing, evaluating, and developing pricing strategies for different product categories to improve profitability
* Develop winning business propositions to highlight our unique value propositions as a premium provider of quality, safe and sustainable solutions to our customers
* Responsible for a pleasant customer experience, from customer acquisition to after-sales
* Build long-term partnerships to deliver tangible results and benefits for our business partners and customers

The Requirements:

* Minimum a Diploma in Engineering with at least 5 years' sales experience a B2B environment in an international environment. Knowledge in any of the following areas would be an advantage
* Knowledge in Global Retail/e-Commerce
* Knowledge in IoT Cybersecurity
* Engagement with regulatory agencies in ASEAN
* Outstanding sales and/or business development track records with the ability to use consultative selling for high volume-high mix solutions
* Strong clarity of thoughts with the ability to articulate and present information in a clear fashion
* Strong learning agility with the ability to navigate and strive in complex, challenging and high tempo environment
* Exemplary stakeholder's management skills and ability to build network and communities
* Strong passion in sales and highly driven to achieve targets
