Our Client:
Our client is one of the leading real estate developers. They are actively looking for a Building Management Executive/ Senior Executive to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Active engagement at work to guarantee the building's M&E operations run smoothly and efficiently
* To oversee any fit-out/renovation and reinstatement works, as well as any designs and plans given by tenants, and to make sure that they are carried out in accordance with the building's laws and regulations
* To deal with fire, plumbing/sanitary, ACMV electrical, and other building systems-related issues
* Coordinate, direct, oversee, check, audit, and certify the contractors' work
* Monitor and control capital expenditures, including proposals, budgeting, requests for tenders, and project management of implementation
* Obtain quotes, make suggestions, create, and issue purchase orders and purchase requisitions for purchases, and carry out improvement projects
* Manage tenant requests for facility services and help with project management for all facility improvement initiatives
* Conduct routine inspections of buildings and their facilities to make sure they're in good working order, and when necessary, follow up with repairs or recommendations
* Manage and keep up-to-date files of communications, records, and other items pertaining to the building
* To prepare the tenant's monthly utility consumption reports
* Assist in the creation and implementation of operational guidelines and cost-cutting measures to increase effectiveness and lower maintenance and operating costs
The Requirements:
* Diploma / Degree in a M&E related field with 5 years of experience in Commercial Building
