Job Description
Our Client:
Our client is a German company that manufactures components and systems for working in the vicinity of flammable substances. They are actively looking for an ESS Project Manager to join their team.
The Responsibilities:
* Project management
o Arrange timely and consistent communication sessions with people inside and outside the company
o Lead project planning, implementation, and maintenance meetings to remove roadblocks and increase efficiency
o Document meetings and processes to ensure best practices
o Work with the Proposal Manager to create bids for variant orders
o Coordinate the overall project progress of the production department, procurement department and technical department, and promote and ensure the smooth execution of the project
* ESS strategy and advice
o For explosion-proof products, please consult the customer
o A Guide to Completing a Technical Proposal for ESS Products
o Responsible for creating and maintaining SAP and PLM system data for ESS products
o Responsible for technical communication with headquarters
* Marketing of ESS Products
o You are responsible for reviewing the ESS catalogue and marketing communications statements. Please prepare exhibition materials and samples
o Responsible for calculating and distributing ESS List Price
* Offer Phase
o Coordination and Arrangement of Sales Technical Support During Bidding
o Review of technical proposals, drawings, and quotations for ESS products
o ESS will be directly involved in the promotion of major projects and prepare technical schemes and technical contracts with customers during the bidding process
o Estimate Calculation for ESS Projects
o Review the technical part of the ESS Sales Agreement
o Negotiate technical requirements with suppliers before bidding and assist purchases in price negotiations
* Detailed designs
o Technical Review of ESS Contract Specifications
o Responsible for the content of detailed technical drawings, bills of materials, and as-built drawings for projects created by the team
* All other work assigned by management
The Requirements:
* 10 years' Project Management experience in explosion-proof or the relative field
* Excellent communication skills with internal and external
* Experienced in team leading, decision maker
* Bachelor or above in the relative discipline
* Working experience in customize products design
* Good knowledge in SAP or ERP systems
* Good knowledge in quality management system and explosion proof certificate
