Our Client:
Our client is a real estate and property developer. They are actively looking to hire a Leasing Executive to join their ever-growing team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* He/she will be in charge of developing, organizing, and implementing mall marketing strategies
* Manage lease management, renewals, and negotiations
* Source for novel ideas and opportunities that are pertinent to the mall's positioning
* Assist in doing a feasibility/reconfiguration analysis to improve the mall's financial situation
* Assist in creating budgets, financial reports, and monthly summaries, and keep track of revenue
* Control risk exposure by, for example, managing arrears
* Maintain and improve relationships with tenants
* Work closely with other departments to enhance the experience of tenants
The Requirements:
* Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing or Real Estate Management
* Minimum 2 - 4 years' relevant experience in in leasing and marketing, ideally in a setting like a shopping center
* Good communication and writing skills which are essential for report writing and tenant relations
