Job Description

Our Client:

Client is a fast-growing MNC for having an aggressive expansion plan in Singapore in the space of freight forwarding/supply chain solution and logistics. They are actively looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join their ever-growing team.

The Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales development strategy considering the capabilities of organization, trade lanes and business plan
* Identify and co-evolve with distinct internal stakeholders that will increase and attract new customers
* Identify and win new customer opportunities by developing a robust system
* Establish and manage a network of relationships with customers to build relationships and trust
* Pilot strategies to build value-creating partnerships with customers
* Turn discussions about potential opportunities into actionable future plans with clients
* Maintain optimal sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping supplies up to date and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
* Optimize GP and adjust selling price by monitoring cost, competition, and sourcing and the request
* Monitor coordination with related departments to meet customer requirements
* Write SOPs for each customer securely and approve SOPs with relevant operators
* Parties to ensure that all understand the required processes
* Facilitate resolution of service issues with customers, as appropriate and required
* Develop and coordinate effective use of marketing collateral, materials, and all customer related information with relevant team members in marketing and administration

The Requirements:

* Diploma holders or preferably at least Bachelor's Degree in (Marketing, Sales, Supply chain & Logistics)
* 7-10 years of Freight Forwarding and Logistics Industry
* Strong market knowledge in freight forwarding, supply chain solutions
* Preferably with specialization verticals in Automotive, Semiconductor, Electronics, Chemical
