Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is an International Trading Company in Energy, Life Commodities, and Solutions through 50 global business bases with headquarters in South Korea. Due to business expansion, they are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Singapore to assist in daily business operations.

The Responsibilities:

* Data entry on large scale with requirement to follow up to ensure orders and shipments are completed timely and accurately
* Handle documentation such as invoices, packing list, bill of lading, purchase order, and delivery order
* Monitoring shipment, arrange, and coordinate on incoming and outgoing stock
* Checking warehouse stock report against record in system
* Handle transaction for month end closing
* Follow up and troubleshoot processing issue
* Maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers, in HQ, warehousing team, and forwarders

The Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Engineering or any related disciplines
* Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in inventory management
* Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, with experience in SAP system preferred
* Analytical with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
* Team player with ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams
* Flexible with good problem solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
* Self-starter with strong attention to detail and accuracy
