Our Client:

Our client is a German multinational automotive parts manufacturing company specializing in brake systems, interior electronics, automotive safety, powertrain and chassis components, tachographs, tires, and other parts for the automotive and transportation industries. They are actively looking to hire a Software Security Specialist to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Alignment with the Global Software- and System Security teams to ensure a consistent security approach across all products
* Support the software discipline in the projects in rolling out reliable security software security products
* Regional responsibility
* Cyber Security guidance of software discipline project members
* Reviewing Software work products for compliance to corporate cyber security guidelines
* Help Software Architects defining Security treatment strategies and splitting security requirements accordingly
* Align with the System Security Responsibilities in each project to ensure a proper break
* down of the System Security treatment strategy into realizable software parts
* Discuss with Software Architects and Software Responsibilities on how to realize Software
* Security items in the projects

The Requirements:

* Degree in Cyber Security, Software Engineering or related is required
* Experienced SW Developer or Experienced SW Architect
* Several years of experience in the Cyber Security area is advantageous
* Fluency in English is required to be able to liaise effectively with English-speaking stakeholders
* Great communication skills are a must
* Structured working style
* 20% travel is necessary
* Passionate to learn and in teaching other people
* Experience in C and C++
* Good debugging in C and assembler
* Expertise in tools and methods used in Cyber Security
