Our Client:
Our client is one of the biggest brewery companies in Japan. Through their vast variety of products and services ranging from alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to pharmaceuticals, they are committed to bringing economic and social value to people around the world. Looking ahead toward the next stage of growth, they are actively looking to hire an Admin Executive to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Assist Head of Finance in the full sets of accounts such as day-to-day accounting function and month-end closing
* Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
* Perform monthly payroll, CPF/EPF submission, tax, and insurance-related matters
* Responsible for the work passes application, staff hiring and exits, filing, leave recording, NS claims, etc.
* Update staff handbook and company SOPs
* Ensure HR practices comply with the employment act and regulations
* Submission for all government-related survey/statistics and grants
* Other ad hoc tasks will be assigned from time-to-time
The Requirements:
* Relevant Diploma or Degree
* 2-5 years of work experience in Food and/or Trading Company preferred
* Given the nature of the role, knowledge of Japanese and Japanese food product is an advantage
* Able to work independently as well as a team player
