Our Client:
Our client is one of the largest healthcare services groups in Asia. They are actively looking to hire an Accounts Officer to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Posting of all assigned AP invoices for cost of services, cost of sales, management charges and operating expenses in given timeline for month-end closing
* Ensure that the correct GST code is applied according to IRAS GST guideline
* Verified vendors accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
* Liaise with various division in order to check and clarify operating expenses and charge to the correct GL account and cost centres
* To provide shared services AP function to corporate office in term of processing staffs' reimbursement claims, vendor invoices and payments
* Ensure that information on the vendor master form is filled correctly by requestor and signed off by the approval of the division
* Maintain vendor master in SAP for AP accountant to review
* Ensure all intercompany invoices, trade related vendors invoices, and necessary accruals are to be completed by first workday of the month
* Ensure classifications and utilizations are correctly reflected or offset on the schedule on timely basis
* Ensure that the balance sheet figure ties back to GL balance
* To complete ad hoc tasks in each deadline
The Requirements:
* Diploma in Accountancy or Certified Accounts Technician (CAT)
* 3 years of relevant working experience in Accounts payable in MNC setting
* Good working knowledge of SAP system
* No experience required
* Good to have Ariba/Kofax experience
* Good understanding of accounting standards
* Possess strong work ethics, good interpersonal, and communication (written & verbal) skills
* Good analytical skills, embrace challenges & changes, initiative and have positive working attitude
