Job Description

Our Client:

An excellent opportunity to join our client who is a renowned education management firm. They are a leading brand in the education management and is currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join them.

With a collaborative culture, candidates can look forward to leading a team while reporting to the Country Director directly.

The Responsibilities:

This role is based in Singapore and will be focusing on bringing in more partnerships and sales conversion with education institutions and managing the business.

* Business & Sales Management

o Drive the creation and execution of office-based business strategies that address country needs and are in line with the Company's strategic objectives
o Establish and monitor office-level KPIs to aid in the implementation of the relevant business strategy
o Improve business performance by finding and capitalising on opportunities to use knowledge, skills, and infrastructure across offices

* Sales Performance

o Develop and maintain a strong sales and service culture within the business
o Identify, develop, and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives for the student placement team. Monitor results and initiate corrective action where required
o Collaborate with Office and marketing team for lead generations, etc.

* Financial Management

o Provide inputs and, after the budget is established, monitor the Pipeline and Revenue budgets. Monitor outcomes with the finance team and take corrective action as needed
o Collaborate with Finance and CM to develop and execute forecasting methodology and procedures that result in accurate, timely pipeline and revenue predictions

* Global Participation

o Where relevant, drive and guide the office's involvement in and implementation of global, regional, and local improvement programmes

* Service Standard

o Contribute to the continual establishment and maintenance of service and client management performance standards and benchmarks for the office

* People

o Provide leadership and direction for the business through recognition, coaching, and modelling desired behaviours.
o Use awareness of individual strengths and skill gaps to drive personal growth and development

* Compliance

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's or equivalent Degree
* At least 6 years of demonstrated skill in managing a team in a customer facing multinational company with experience in developing business plans, budgets, and skills to monitor, review and report on progress
* Proven ability to motivate and lead big and diverse team to achieve demonstrable outcomes
* Practical experience in managing diverse stakeholders (clients & students) - with diverse interests - to their satisfaction, but always keeping to the ultimate goal of the organisation
* Strong problem resolution skills
* Experience in working with CRM systems will be desirable
* A strong, ethical leader who acts with integrity and in the best interests of the business
* Respects diversity in employees
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Good written and verbal English skills to be able to communicate effectively with English-speaking clients and stakeholders
