Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is one of the leading electronics & medical devices manufacturing companies globally. They are actively looking to hire an Accounts Admin Executive to join their sales office in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:
Administrative

* Book flight and hotel for employees who need to travel
* Prepare claims for Managing Director
* Prepare general administrative support
* Any ad hoc duties given by immediate superior

Human Resources

* Ensure that all annual leave and medical leave is properly recorded
* Assist directors in recruitment of new staff by arranging interviews
* Maintain employee database and ensure that they are kept confidential
* Update insurance coverage for employees
* Ensure all agreements are properly filed and are kept confidential
* Prepare payroll every month
* Submit CPF Contribution monthly
* Prepare IR8A yearly for all employees
* Prepare individual income tax return for expatriate employees

Accounts

* Issue payment vouchers
* Processing payments for supplier invoices, external partners, and travel expense claims
* To do bank reconciliation
* In charge of petty cash payments and receipts
* Handle full spectrum of accounting duties
* Liaise with auditors on audit matters
* Prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow
* Submit GST return quarterly
* Compute estimated Corporate Income Tax

The Requirements:

* Minimum diploma holder in any relevant field
* Possess accounting work experience with Accpac would be an advantage
* Meticulous with great interpersonal skills
* PC Literate with skills in Microsoft Office
