Job Description

Our Client:

Our client provides power and automation technologies for smart grids, robotics, electric cars, renewable energy, and motors. They are actively looking to hire a Sales Manager to join their ever-growing team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* To assume leadership in the Offshore Oil & Gas Offshore industry to determine business areas, solutions, client base, and customer needs
* To be accountable for order fulfilment for individual and team budgets
* Take the lead on account management for identified offshore oil and gas customers, offering full support during the project's sales phase, and taking part in important conversations during its execution and service phases
* Manage customer connections within the Oil & Gas market to meet sales goals
* With back-office assistance from the technical support / proposal team, responsible for serving as the lead on each significant initiative to provide technical solutions for E-House, Electrical, and Automation
* Ensure to choose the right vendors, as it is one of the main techniques to implement in order to win a project
* Adhere to company governance and control guidelines and taking the initiative to request clearance of major bids in accordance with established procedure
* To control tender costs, business terms & conditions, and engaging in negotiation with both clients and suppliers in order to get the best outcome

The Requirements:

* Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Industry with at least 5 years of front-end sales experience
* Strong know-how & proven experience of E-House Solution in FPSO & large LNG Project
* Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Automation)
* Knowledge of commercial and legal terms and project risk management
* Able to communicate effectively, both in verbal and written, customer-oriented, ability to negotiate, someone who is passionate in sales and with good business acumen
