The Responsibilities:

You will be supporting the user community in maintaining SAP solutions in place and ensuring support and maintenance as well as continuous improvement. The role discusses with key users, providing guidance on process enhancements and designing adequate solutions. Taking a project approach, you will collect requirements which helps in the definition of their needs and manage all the steps of the solution development lifecycle (from requirements collection to solution roll-out).

You will report to the Global Application Lead, based in Europe. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

* Take part in or manage a few SAP initiatives to improve the SAP global solution
* As a techno-functional professional to support and maintain the SAP software, as well as ad-hoc support for other ERP systems
* Implement SAP software initiatives in both global and local context
* Communicating with the user community, ensuring a role of facilitator between the stakeholders and the IS systems & people
* Create Functional specifications, and Tests plans, and lead the FAT & UAT execution
* To ensure timely completion of projects, this position requires the ability to indirectly manage both internal and external resources and develop project plans accordingly
* Assist CoE (Center of Excellence) projects and initiatives, including on IT SOX
* Understand the business problem and recommend solutions that enable organization to achieve its goals
* Target user satisfaction; analyse required information and data
* Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations
* Communicates on regular basis with business stakeholders, including written business correspondence. Also to communicate with external entities such as suppliers, vendors, and possibly customers
* Ensure quality of the Documentation (FS, Tests, Presentations)
* Assists in the enforcement of project deadlines, schedules & budget
* Understands technical design specifications
* Develops accurate, conducts testing and complete test plan
* Identifies and documents system deficiencies and recommends solutions

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in IT or related discipline
* High familiarity and experienced in SAP SD / MM module, including with configuration, process design, testing and post-implementation support in a global environment
* Working knowledge of IS SOX implementation
* Experience gathering/analysing requirements and translating them into detailed functional specifications
* Knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
* Organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment
* Able to work with a global team, supporting global projects from Singapore as the Asia representative
* Customer-focused mindset with the drive to effectively manage customer relations. Self-motivated with a "can do" attitude
* Strong analytical skills and teamwork orientation
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Collaborating with developers for customized development
